If every region has its own flavour, how do we define ours?

This one-day conference aims to make new connections between agricultural, foodservice, industrial and hospitality stakeholders from across Northwestern Ontario.  Inspired by keynote speaker Jamie Kennedy and guided by experts with the Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance, we'll explore ways to promote foods produced within the region both to visitors and among our own communities.

Who Should Attend?

This gathering is open to anyone with an interest in promoting the awareness, production, sales or value of foods produced in Northwestern Ontario.

If you're involved in farming, food service, hospitality, food processing or economic development, the Forum offers the opportunity to meet potential suppliers and customers, allies and supporters interested in working with you to develop the value of your local-food proposition. Throughout the day, you'll be encouraged to participate in discussions designed to create new connections and partnerships, to help overcome barriers of understanding and communications, and to help map out the next steps we can take to grow individual businesses, partnerships and a regional identity.
